January 11, 2010:  The 2010 Washington State Legislature begins.  For SB 5329 to proceed through the legislature, it will need to first pass through the Senate Agriculture and Rural Economic Development Committee.  For HB 1406 to proceed through the legislature, it will need to first pass through the House Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee.
