Spay/Neuter Assistance Legislation Petition Signature Form

Following is an informal petition to the legislature urging passage of spay/neuter assistance legislation.  This petition is intended to show our legislators that thousands of Washington citizens want spay/neuter legislation passed, and they consider a small fee on pet food acceptable as a way to help pay for spay/neuter surgery and save tens of thousands of companion animals' lives.  

Each petition has room for ten signatures.  Petition signatures will be gathered through the 2012 legislative session, so there is no immediate deadline.  Please print copies of the petition signature forms (and flyers, if possible) and gather signatures at appropriate locations.  Once filled out with signatures, please send the petitions to Save Washington Pets by fax to 425-642-8125 or by mail to PO Box 2586, North Bend, Washington 98045.  Thank you!
