We're a team of individuals, organizations, and elected officials that recognize and support spay/neuter legislation in Washington State.  Please join us and do your part to help get the companion animal spay/neuter assistance bill passed in the Washington State Legislature. 

Rick Hall and Andrea Logan are coordinating the effort to promote State Senate Bill 5329 and its companion House Bill 1406. They are doing this as unpaid volunteers who, like you, are passionate about animal welfare.  Andrea is the president of the nonprofit organization Pawsitive Alliance and a board member of the nonprofit organization Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project.  Rick is member of the advisory boards for Pawsitive Alliance and the Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project.
